Challenge

To engage employees during the 130th anniversary celebration of leading bridge design and engineering firm Modjeski and Masters, we concepted and created an original content campaign to keep the celebration’s momentum going all year long.

 

Solution

Leveraging the popularity and memeability of the firm’s founder, Ralph Modjeski, we created a “Flat Stanley”-style cutout and successfully encouraged the participation of employees to bring him along on their travels and into the field for a campaign called “#RoamingRalph”. In total, Ralph visited 8 countries and 21 states with Modjeski and Masters employees throughout 2023. 

I don't know what the perfect level of satisfaction would be working with a PR firm, but I feel like it's very close with Abel. Our work has grown significantly, and they consistently meet/exceed my expectations each year.
